Amazing place!
Purchased 2 carafes; however only 12 cups were packed even though I confirmed with the girl. Called and spoke to TRESSA, and she was absolutely amazing. She took ownership of the situation immediately. She offered to send the cups to the school that I donated the coffees to. I let her know I’ll come back in an hour to grab them. When I got there, it was super busy for the lunch rush. I heard her say “I gotta take care of this” and prioritized me. She was apologetic and understood no cups = 12 unhappy morning ppl. Since Reno's it's tiny inside. Not inviting. The counter has one spot to order and several self serve stands. It was way better before. Staff play games with food service and purposefully mess up orders. Definitely not a good location.
