They get my order right 90% of the time which is nice, but upselling to drive thru customers in -30°C is diabolical I ask for oat beverage in my coffee every time because I'm lactose intolerant and can tell when it's just milk when I have unprompted diarrhea and stomach pain after one sip of coffee.
