Overstaffed but still refusing Uber Eats orders This location was clearly overstaffed, yet they refused to pass an Uber Eats order through the drive-through. There was no rush, no clear reason, just poor coordination and lack of willingness to help delivery drivers who are also part of your business. If you’re overstaffed and still can’t handle delivery orders efficiently, that’s a management issue. Very disappointing experience.
came here at 4:15… said they are switching breakfast and will be 5 more mins. I wait the 5 minutes at the window. After a few minutes she comes back and tells me to move because i am running the timer and she doesn’t know how long it will take. No one even asked me what i was there for. I just wanted an orange juice (which you don’t need to be switched over for).
