McDonald’s located at 709 Terry Parkway in Gretna. I frequently use the McDonald’s app to place mobile orders ahead of time, but almost every time I arrive, I am instructed to pull forward and wait. Many times, I end up waiting 30 minutes or longer for my food. After waiting that long, I have often received the wrong order or food that is cold. Really if I could give them 0 stars I would do it, the service is freckled, the air conditioning doesn't work the tables are disgusting and if I really continue I won't finish
Pulled up to the speaker, the girl immediately cut me off with an attitude. Brushed it off. Maybe she was having a bad day. Paid, got my drinks, was asked to pull forward. No problem. We got a 10 piece nugget meal and a quarter pounder meal. Then we waited for almost 30 minutes. I went inside, the smell was atrocious. Walked up to the counter. Was ignored. Received my food finally and fries were just dumped in the bag. This location had been bad for so long, it just needs to close at this point.
No ac takes forever to get your food. Waited 30 minutes. "Fast food?" A joke. No wonder robots going take over yall jobs.
