Please remove the photo of the play place. Came here expecting one and it’s been removed since being renovated. If your goal was to piss off your customers and waste their time, you have succeeded admirably.
Went through drive-through tonight, was told to wait on the side for my food and waited 20 minutes for it. When I finally got my meal, there was no apology for the long wait (even though other cars got their food before me), and then to find out my meal was completely wrong. Had to wait another 20 minutes for just a McChicken sandwich and medium fries. Completely unacceptable.
Everytime I go to this McDonald’s at least one thing is wrong. Tonight I ordered a McDouble done like a Mac, and they gave me just a regular McDouble. This has happened almost everytime I’ve been here. I usually just let these things slide cause I understand people make mistakes. But it just keeps happening.
