service is not good except for one agent who took the time to call back and make things right. so i added one star just because of the great work she did.
Worst McDonald’s experience ever. I was overcharged for my order, and at first I didn’t notice because I didn’t check the amount right away. Later, when I explained what happened, instead of helping me properly, they acted like I was the problem. They first said I didn’t pay. When I told them I had paid, they demanded proof.
