Placed a mobile drink order, my children decided they did not want the milk - once I went inside to pickup it up, I asked if they would be able to return the milks since they were no longer wanted, manager become extremely irritated by the basic request. When the register become available for her to provide the refund, she threw the money in my hand so hard that the coins fell to the ground, which I had to bend over to pick up.
