Try to avoid this McDonald's, Everytime I come here I am not even making this up. 10-15 just to get an order that is incorrect and cold. They prioritize drive thru, so unless you have a car, they don't care about you. Have had moments where everyone is standing around waiting like 5 minutes just to get ketchup. Avoid at all costs!
Every single time I visit this location, I order ahead on the app & select drive-thru, and per the app, they'll 'start prepping your order ahead of time so it's ready when you get here', and every single time I get to the window I'm immediately asked to park to wait for my food. Every single time, I end up waiting 10+ minutes, and 4 out of 5 times my order is incorrect, or somehow goes missing. I just waited 15 minutes, had 2 visits from an employee who initially brought me someone else's order, and 5 minutes later came back... read more
