Ordered 2 coffees at 5:30pm, there was a team of 5-6 people. Took 20+ minutes and still couldn’t make 2 coffees. Employees there including manager do not care at all! Ask for refund and got it back with coins and 1$ bills when I paid by card. Slow, small IQ group of people couldn’t make 2 coffees.
waited over 10 minutes for the most simplest order there was nobody in the lobby absolutely nobody and maybe two cars came through in the drive-through. This was an ungodly amount of time for them to make the least amount of food. I almost feel disrespected with how long they actually took to make the order.
