Bad customer service at the store. Headquarters gave a free. That doesn't fix the problem of their staff that are rude at night. Especially when I order the smell things most of the time.
The hamburger was dry didn't even taste like a quarter pounder, the pop was supposed to be diet, had a terrible flavor, almost like root beer. The ketchup dispenser was empty and it sits right in front of the pickup counter and everybody stands right in front of it.
I ordered 4 mcdoubles and a filet of fish and they were all suppose to have cheese on them and not one burger had cheese on them. I contacted mcdonalds canada they were suppose to credit my mcdonalds account points to make it up to me and they never did and stopped responding to me. Very bad way to treat a customer... thank you McDonald's
Can never get an order right. Something is always missing, off, or wrong. Order a Double QP get a single. Order Nuggets, no sauce. Order Deluxe McCrispy, get a Caesar McCrispy. Order Lg Coke, it's flat. Fries always lukewarm and cold by the time I get back This was my last 4 orders. It's worth driving to the other one in Coldbrook.
I went through the drive thru today 16/10/2026, ordered a coffee and orange cranberry muffin. When I arrived back to my house and opened the bag I seen that the muffin was mangled and in several pieces. I noticed that the server seemed in a rush to give me the back but didn’t think anything of it. Very disappointed as I usually visit the drive thru daily. Tried to leave a picture but photos apparently not allowed.
