I had a disappointing experience at this McDonald’s today. I asked for 3 small empty cups at the drive-thru, and the staff member taking my order said he would provide them. When I didn’t receive the cups, I went inside to ask. The lady probably with glasses was very rude and told me the cups weren’t free. I let her know that was fine and that I was only asking because the drive-thru staff had said he would give them. Good staff!!
We waited 10 minutes in the designated parking spot after ordering from drive through.Very poor service. The food was dry, and no condiments or cutlery provided with the food. Poor management.
