Don't bother ordering anytime in the evening...staff is likely high as items are always missing or wrong items provided every time...without fail for years now
Poor customer service
bad customer service on this location 1st ice cream was available online then they said they don’t have it and was offered to have the rest of our order, we said ok and waited for our order for a long time then they said they couldn’t process our whole order after we waited for it. Not even apologizing for making us wait. The lady on the drive thru name Bazi was so rude and doesn’t have customer service at all. We always go on this location but always disappointed because of things they forgot or missed but we never complain... read more
