EVERYTIME I come inside to grab a Door Dash order we are completely IGNORED at the register. This also goes for ANY customer that comes in to place an order. At least 10 minutes we wait for someone to ask if we have been helped. Everyone walks passed us or hides in back. I understand you are busy so why not hire someone solely for the register and dash orders. Mcdonalds is ridiculous when it comes to customer service.
The food is usually hot or warm when I go but the past 2 times when I’ve gone the guy working the drive thru is RUDE, he seems new but he’s always got attitude and both times I’ve gone and he’s been at the window I have to ask for something more than 3 times and it’s kinda ridiculous because he ARGUES back saying it’s the right order or this and that but it’s not at all what I was rung up for!
