The service of the wintersville drive-thru the employees are great but the drive-thru has gone downhill super slow
They consistently get my orders wrong but the service is great. People there are pretty friendly but they keep messing up my food
The amount of times they have messed up my order is crazy to me. McDonald's food is McDonald's food, so you can't really complain, and the people there are very kind, however the amount of times they've messed up my order has me considering just spending a bit more and getting Wendy's instead. Otherwise, just make sure you have everything you ordered before you leave.
