the worst mcdonalds ive ever been to in my life. the staff are extremely rude and are very unwelcoming, especially the managers. fries are always cold and the burgers are badly built. i see why this place has such an awful reputation on big island, do not come here!!!
Fast food? More like 'No Food' and 'Slow Service'." I don't know why I thought Hilo would be any better than the rest of the tour. This place is supposedly open 24 hours, but good luck getting anyone to acknowledge you if you show up after sunset.
