It's McDonald's, so the reasons are in comparison to other McDonald's I've been to. Fast, friendly service and the order was completely correct. Basic stuff, but appreciated nonetheless!
First of all the bathroom was locked and I had to ask someone to open it. No one was up front. Another costume had to flag them down from the back. He asked for sauce and they responded that it cost extra, which is ridiculous. When they finally opened the bathroom, the toilet was a mess. The seat was covered in pee! I know that’s not their fault, but it is their responsibility to make sure the bathroom is clean.
