Rude, slow, always dirty, food is usually cold and is not worth the menu price. Their business hours don’t match what they advertise online either.
We want to thank to the manger because she was absolutely helpful repairing the smoothie machine just on time to serve our drinks as soon as possible. She is a reliable employee.
This drive through lady thought it would be very okay to make us feel so unwelcome with a smile on her face by saying “it doesn’t matter if you have lived here for 17 years you will never be kamaʻāina“ sis you literally work at the most not-so-local fast food joint. I have literally never experienced anything like this on any of the other island’s McDonalds…definitely not loving it.
