I visited around 12:25 PM on April 2nd and had a disappointing experience with one of the employees. When I picked up my order, I politely asked if the drink was mine, since there were several drinks on the counter and multiple orders could have had similar requests (like no ice). Instead of responding professionally, she appeared irritated, made a face, and rolled her eyes while saying, “Yeah, you said no ice.” The reaction felt so unnecessary and given that my question was reasonable.
