We were traveling...needed tea, went inside because there was a long queue at the driveup window, sadly we were forgotten, waiting for 20 minutes, had to remind the manager twice. the venue was not clean or tidy, clearly overwhelmed staff . Just NO.
No complaints about food or service (although sometimes it takes them a while to bring a cashier to the cash register. I refuse to sue the kiosks). Biggest complaints is the sterile feeling kids play area. Bring back the fun and exciting kids play area that actually felt fun!
Had a bad experience with the lady taking my order and then she got it all wrong so I had to go in. The GM he was a really tall man.. ya he's awesome. MCDONALD'S should give that man a raise!
