Very confused, order three items from the menu and after the third "we don't make those here" when we decided to cancel the order the lady tells us that's world wide. I guess she is saying it's a generic menu but the don't make special coffee beverages that are listed on the menu. How about putting a cover over that and that says "not available at this location". It's not hard people.
I went to the McDonald's in Hertford and went to the drive through and they didn't have any tea the burger I asked to have no tomatoes did and the six piece only had four nuggets and my French fries were so hard I could use them as toothpicks and the staff was extremely rude so this McDonald's hands down is the worst one I have ever been to!!
Coffee I ordered was old and stale bathrooms were dirty
This was a pick-up from counter app order that went flawlessly. Ample parking, staff busy but not overwhelmed, and food assistance expected. No complaints. Would stop again when in the area.
