This was the first time in a long time that I had actually wanted to get mcdonald's, I wasn't feeling well, I just wanted a little comfort food (which was the fries), and that was all I was going to get, I don't do kiosks, so that was going to be absolutely out of the question for ordering, but I go up to the counter and there's no menu boards, I can't compare and see prices or anything; it just felt so cold and sterile, was I supposed to ask the cashier the cost of each size of fries? The food is really good. It comes quickly. Staff are nice. Really nice place.

I worked in this neighborhood for years and I can confidently say this is the best McDonald's in Manhattan BY FAR

TRASH .. late to open on a consistent basis and that email on the wall that says “how are we doing” useless I guess it’s cute to open whenever they want

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this location. I waited 13 minutes for my McFlurry, and when I finally received it, it didn’t even have caramel, even though that’s what I ordered. On top of that, the staff responded to me with smirks and an unfriendly attitude instead of trying to help. I understand places can get busy, but the customer service and quality of the order were really disappointing. I hope this can be improved.
