The most horrible McDonald’s there is. The one on Storrs Rd is closed which is the only reason we came. Just watched them have FOUR cars all pull up to wait for food while in the drive thru. Then they’re coming up to the window and asking to see your receipt so they can “figure out” your order. Absolute joke of a location. “Fast food” is dead. Rude staff and horrible ordeal.

Ordered from there last night asked for a sweet and sour sauce and was told I had to pay for it after paying for my meal the General manager gave me attitude when I ask her for a refund… I don’t understand if I’m a paying customer why would I have to pay .38 cent for a sauce packet? Y’all need to do better
