The only thing keeping this restaurant alive is the name, I can't believe the same managers are still in place, this would never fly in the real world. I waited over 30 min in line alone. Plenty of looks, no help, I finally left, and you can't fill out the complaint online, it's down. Ray would be fuming 😤
I ordered ahead got to the store. Waited almost 20 minutes for my food. Had to wait another 5 minutes to get a sauce and then was able to eat. I ordered a mchicken and some fries and a drink. The mchicken was half undercooked. Disgusting especially after waiting as long as a I did. I will be calling the health department over this
Had to give a 1 star to leave review but in reality deserves a 0. First there was a lady outside asking everyone for money well dressed, make up and everything but got so close to my car window that she startled me as I was paying attention to my two toodler niece’s sitting on the back. Then I went inside with them so had my hands full. Couldn’t order through the kiosk because they wanted apple juice with their happy meals but the only choices on the kiosks were milk or water. Updated on October 19th Last night 10-18 25 a friend invited me to eat with her and special needs girl and here friend . They decided to order from kiosk inside and I pulled out my phone standing in line with no cashier and thought I would try the app. I ordered and found out It was drive thru . I asked team employee he said you have to go to the drive thru . I got a manager . Absolutely atrocious service. Waited in line for over 30 minutes, kept getting attitude when asking why I was being made to wait, you can watch them joking around in groups not doing anything, and have a wasp problem they refuse to deal with. My child got attacked by wasps and they got annoyed with ME. HORRIBLE
