Service had been very slow lately. One trip through the drive-thru the person tried to be slick and add a shake to our order. When, at the window, we questioned it, he said I thought you ordered it. Mind you he never asked what flavor. Needless to say they didn't get their shake paid for that they tried to slip past us. Then last trip the service was extremely slow again. Both of our Double Quarter Pounders were raw in the middle. Of course we didn't know that until we were already home. One of the burgers is pictured.
Very clean
Never seem to have the ice cream machine working. Maybe they should invest some money into equipment
They need to get things fixed. Had no lemonade because the machine was down the ice cream machine was down
