Shinnston McDonalds and al of Ebert Franchise McDonald's restaurants are absolute trash... ALWAYS extended wait times, even out of peak time. NEVER get a complete order, and always a mistake.. Fries are NEVER full. ..People are pleasant, just never pay attention to detail. At least 40 minute waits
Asked for a double cheeseburger. Got a single patty. I asked for sauce, got no sauce. The other day I also asked for spicy nuggets and got normal nuggets that were not edible.
Order food last night tasted old called and the manager say no to refund but told me to come in get food went and they didn’t give me all my food this bullshit
