Placed an online order. When I got there my food was in the back so I asked for it. The person handed me my bag and started to walk away when I asked for my cups. They handed me two cups when I ordered 3, so I asked for the third one. They rolled their eyes and looked at my receipt, which was running out of ink so you couldn't read the numbers, then went to the computer to check. The quality of your food has gone down considerably. Your service I would rate a 1 star. My order is usually wrong even after I ask them to repeat my order. McDonald's is not what it used to be. Now I will only go to one of their competitors.
