Ok walked in, no one at the counter wanted to pay cash so I didn't want to use the kiosk. Walked to the counter and no one even paid attention the drive thru again was more important. So I walked out getting nothing. This was the one on 1st around Nob Hill I'll never ever go there again I don't eat McDonald's and now I'll never stop here again so thanks for the no service no attention to service you have failed to meet the standard once again.
The person that took my order talked very quietly It was really hard to hear them They also got my order wrong
Placed an online order. When I got there my food was in the back so I asked for it. The person handed me my bag and started to walk away when I asked for my cups. They handed me two cups when I ordered 3, so I asked for the third one. They rolled their eyes and looked at my receipt, which was running out of ink so you couldn't read the numbers, then went to the computer to check.
