Came through the drive thru and waited 10 minutes when there was only one car at the window! Then when I got to the window there was 4 people in the front laughing and cutting up. I don’t think the store is being managed correctly. Because I work in fast food even manage it. Was nice people but horrible customer service, also forgot my fry. But I’m not going back to fries where old and cold.
This by far the worst McDonald’s I ever been too very young and disrespectful the lightskin lady with glasses just so disrespectful with long ponytail hair please grow respect .
Adding to this review. I ordered through the app so that the order would be ready. I waited 5 minutes in the parking lot before going to the drive thru. There were 5 cars in front of me. Get to the speaker and had to wait there, then got to the second window got my drinks and was asked to move up. Waited another 5 minutes. Then when I got my food the fries were not cooked all the way and the sauces were missing. The whole reason for ordering prior was to get the food immediately when I got there. Very slow.
