The new manager staff and new owners are all rude and stated that customer service is to their discretion so if you ask for something to be special made they no longer have to do that because other customers may not like the way your drinks are made the manager went as far as to say if her workers make my frappe the way I like they will be fired that those who like theirs messy is few and they have to go by what many like not what few like so in other words not everyone is a valued customer
It was hot inside but the service was great 👍. I just wish that everyone that works around food wear hairnets. And thanks again 😊
