Fries are ALWAYS cold and gross which is hard. They’re McDonald’s fries how do you screw that up? people taking orders mess up every single time I go, seriously people only go because it’s a McDonald’s there hasn’t been a time where a visit here has been tasting good or pleasant literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever gone to. Go to Monroe if you can make it.
Basic McDonald's service was non existent and everyone told to use kiosks, all drinks even sweet tea tasted like mold not sure if it was the ice machine or drinks machine.
I'm in shock. Haven't been to McDonald's in quit awhile. Filet of fish. I recieve it. Wow, it shrunk. More a slider than " filet of fish". Okay, sign of the times. Finish my meal. Going to sit a few minutes to relax. Ask for a soda refill. Told " no refills". They point to a sign that states " no refills". I said that sign is posted next to your poster for new specialty drinks. I can understand no refills on specialty drinks. And the no refill sign is with that poster. No they tell me. No soda refill.
