They completely ignore you at the front apparently drive thru is they main focus I would of gave them no stars
It's like McDonald's asked themselves how they could completely take out the customer service all together, then applied that to this very location! Before the remodel they were the best one in town...now it's simply not worth your time going. Poor food, bad service, but at least consistently bad at both. If this one is a franchise they need to reevaluate what they are doing. Shawnee is typically known for poor customer service regardless where you go but these folks take the Cake! Always have to wait FOREVER. Doesn't matter if it's day or night. They never have their shit together. This place sucks! Been here for 20 minutes! I hate this place. Won’t be back.
