Ever since the remodel, this place's service has taken a massive hit. They took away most of the ordering counter inside and they barely pay attention to it. Even if you pick up an online order from inside, expect to wait.
i would just like to point out that i think this mcdonald’s has a lot of miscommunication when it comes to their customers. I called ahead 10 minutes before arrival to make sure the ice cream machine was working. They said it was and i don’t live far so i sent my significant other to get us both a sweet treat and within those 10 minutes the ice cream machine suddenly isn’t working. and considering this isn’t the first time it’s happened i’m quite disappointed. they need to either get a new machine or get workers that are a b... read more
