Took 34 minutes in the drive through at 9 pm with a total of three cars inline. They kept saying they “are helping the front” but no one was there… seemed weird to me. Needless to say I really wanted a lemonade
Update: I have to give them their flowers!! I’ve seen a drastic change in this location & it’s great! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 I understand being short staffed but lack of communication and lack of care & lack of putting some pep in your step is a problem when you come here & wait over 20 minutes for 2 regular cheeseburgers. Even more an issue when a lady from drive through comes in & says she came through drive through & was missing a McDouble add mayo which might I add was sitting in the window. Wish we would get a nice kids place like niceville and navarre
Food was fresh today. It's honestly hit or miss at this location. I was very surprised at how small the burgers have become.
Terrible service, dirty. Employees do not know what customer service means in the slightest. Decided to clean instead of taking our order while another employee looked at his phone and another employee was lost in the back somewhere for over 6 minutes while customers waited to even be greeted. The drive through customers waited for over 10 minutes for anyone to even help them let alone get their order. If my kids didn't want ice cream i would have left.
