3 times they have screwed up my APP order. I stop in as soon as they open in the morning on my way to work, and don't have time to turn around when they mess up my order.
Food is either cold or inaccurate. The morning and early afternoon employees are typically pretty friendly but as it gets later in the day, the food and service really begin to suffer. It has gotten so much worse since the remodel.
No one helped at inside of restaurant..No one came to take order. They acted like they never saw you amd continued to take pders for drive thru..:(
