Arrived to store and 2 of the kiosks were down. Used one that was open but it didnt print a receipt. We waited and no one asked if we needed help. We order 2 pops 2 fries and 1 milk shake. Every employee saw us but walked by and never offered assistant or even acknowledged us. We walked to the counter and again employees walked right by with any acknowledgement. I know your busy but dont ignore customers. People are OK waiting if they are acknowledged.
Malakai was excellent with my drive thru order!
It's par for the course for mcdonalds food eas hot and fresh and the store was pretty clean. The workers were pleasant to deal with and did their jobs well
