On 4/3/25 @ 1:35pm. I went to this restaurant to pickup my mobile order. Even though I had a mobile order, I sat at the speaker for 5 minutes and the guy kept repeating "I'll be with you in a second" while I quietly waited for him to take my pickup number while I watched 4 cars pass me in the other lane. Then when I get my food, there was spit in my burger and the burger receipt was stuck in between the cheese and bun. This doesn't happen by accident. This place is disgusting.
Waited 15 minutes for our order. Mc griddle was cold, went to get a new one and was provided one that was cold as well. Staff was snotty about it.
Even though this McDonald's does a good job keeping your meal hot they seem to either forget something or the burgers are always drenched in sauce. I love BigMac sauce, and I never complain about there being too much but some how this McDonald's always over does it and my BigMac won't stay together and becomes a complete mess everytime because it has WAY too much sauce on it. Seen people waiting for a while at the counter before a cashier shows up. Have also been served raw meat by the afternoon staff, and have had the morning staff give me the wrong order. Solution? Coupon given by mail, no refund. I will be going elsewhere.
