At 3:30 pm came into McDonald's for a late lunch. My son and I received our meals and after sitting down I proceeded to eat a couple fries, when touching them I knew instantly they weren't hot enough, warm at best and borderline cold. After explaining to the supervisor she replaces the French fries with another order promising they would be hot and I would like to add that she was pleasant with me.
