Cada día la atención al cliente es pésima !! Ordenas algo y te dan lo que ellos quieren . Van mas de tres veces que ordenamos a través de Online , y las órdenes siempre están mal echas ! Necesitan trabajadores que pongan atención a lo que hacen !!!
I am a regular customer at Burhan's. I wanted to use the restroom, but they told me it was closed.
Horrible experiences. I live in the area so I've been here a few times. I just bought a Big Mac and half the bun was black. They burnt the inside bun black (so much that it smelled) and still used it and served it to me. In the past I've had cold mcnuggets, soggy fries, old & stale buns. Only come here if your desperate... Update- years later and still bad food. I don't know why I bothered...
