Over half of our order was missing and when we asked about our missing items the staff gave us a hard time and were visibly frustrated that we asked for the rest of our order

This place is a joke bathrooms dirty. Lobby dirty. Workers dirty. Watched a cook walk out the bathroom without washing his hands. Couldn’t even get us the right food. Side the workers can’t read
My experience was a long wait time in the drive thru, along with being given attitude by the girl in the window only to get the wrong order. At least the very least the food was fresh. It seems they need some more training.
Got in around 7am, they would not wait on us or even tell us we needed to use the kiosk. Both a manager and employee saw us waiting and neither addressed us except at the very end as we grabbed our bag. It was the manager and she told us to have a great day. Wait wha?!! You couldn't be bothered to even acknowledge us as we stood in front of you, waiting to order, but we can have a nice day?
