Very poorly ran restaurant. This Valluzzo company that franchises these restaurants needs to rethink how they run a business. Very slow, food is cold, orders always wrong
It's the customer service for me at the Saltillo location.
It's hit or miss some employees are rude af but some are great. sometimes, they won't even take your order when you pull up to the drive threw. At 530, on a week day, you can hang it up, no one comes to the drive-through, but the sign says open. Food is mcdonalds tastes the same
