We visited this afternoon at roughly 2:45. The restaurant was very clean and there was someone cleaning tables as people were leaving. The bathrooms were also being cleaned. The manager delivered our meal and noticed our drinks were missing. She immediately returned with our drinks. She took away the tray and our empty wrappers. She walked around to different tables and picked up trash and trays. I don't know if we have ever been at a McDonalds and had the wonderful customer service that we received today.
As the other reviews have stated the manager is stretched thin and a super overwhelmed. CO2 machine was down but instead of letting customers know she offers sweet tea instead of just being honest and saying "hey are CO2 machine is broken". Ended up with flat syrup soda. Absolutely gross. Was asked three times if I would like to round up for charity. The wait was forever.
Quick, friendly staff, fries where good and hot, exterior was very clean and had ample parking.
