Food is not great, mostly cold and the employees are always slow and the drive thru gets food first. Store is clean and bathrooms are small but clean. Employees are nice, but lost and no organization amongst the crews. My last resort for fast food.
I’ve delivered DoorDash in Ripley as well as ordered from here twice. Every time I DoorDash in the area I am stuck at the McDonald’s for at least 15 minutes. The staff are often grumpy and not at all helpful. The two times I ordered the food was cold, service was slow and help was inexistent. I try not to post bad reviews. I’ve worked in the industry and I understand how one shift can make a world of difference. However, with consistent issues I couldn’t help but add a review. I recommend eating anywhere else.
