The night time manager that was on the schedule today is horrible and has no customer service skills at all! They messed up my sandwich that I had ordered curbside & I drove all the way back up to McDonald's to ask them to remake it...The so called "manager" told me I order curbside and it was MY mistake not theirs! The guy at the window corrected him and told him NO she showed me the order on the app and she entered it in correctly and I showed him as well since he was refusing to remake it since it was "my fault!" Drive thru sucks , service sup par. The food was ok. Wouldn't go back. 4 cars in line. The lady in front of me ordered 5 drinks. Took them 8 minutes to get them
Horrible customer service
Cheeseburger was cold horrible place I suggest Taco Bell right across the street this place has horrible customer Service it’s a 30 minutes from my food just for the cheese to be cold
