Shut it down. This is the worst McDonald’s in Arkansas, maybe the country. Simple order - soda and fries. Got my order, went back to my car, realized there was no ice. Went back inside and asked for ice. “We don’t have any.” At no point was this mentioned when I ordered. When did it become standard to assume people won’t have a problem when they don’t get something they pay for?
