Asked for a burger. Got only the meat, no fries and no ice in the drink
On July 24, 2025, at approximately 7:30 pm, I visited McDonald's located at 1207 45th St, West Palm Beach, FL 33401, and purchased a Happy Meal for myself. When I opened the box and took the food outside, I noticed a pill on the fries, which concerned me. I returned to the store and informed the Manager about the situation. The Manager said that I can get my money back, and they even provided an apology. Wow, I usually keep my expectations low for McDonald’s, but this location really missed the mark. Definitely not the kind of experience you hope for, even from a fast food stop in the Sunshine State.
