Very efficient, friendly service! They get the order right.
Food was terrible, there was a hole in my moms coffe and she got it all over her brand new car she had gotten the day before. The workers took about 30 mins to get my damn drive through order 0/10, never going here again
At the drive thru window, was handed hot coffee with unsecured lid. Entire hot coffee spilled into my lap and all over car. Not even an apology or “are you ok” - just handed napkins. Not even offered a replacement coffee. Completely unacceptable. This occurred in the drive through on Friday, May 1st.
This is not the worst fast food service in Putnam, but ir needs to improve. On Sunday, APR 26 at around 5PM the drive thru was not busy. And yet, 5 people, including me, were asked to pull into a numbered spot and wait. It took almost 10 minute to get my food after I paid. That's pretty annoying. Had there been the slightest apology, I wouldn't have cared. There was not.
