We are on a road trip and preordered the food for counter pickup. It was an extremely busy time at the drive-through and at the counter, so we figured this would be the fastest option. We ended up waiting for over 30 minutes and our order number even disappeared from the screen. When asking about it, we were told the wait would be just as long in the drive though. Great food & service. Even tho I got hit in drive thru. The employees positive attitudes helped.
This McDonald’s is very hit or miss, they always leave something out of the order though. I usually don’t mind, but today I minded. First they gave me the wrong order, so went inside to get the right one and they gave me a burnt up McMuffin and the lady at the counter had a lot of attitude about it. Was more worried about hitting her vape at the drive thru window and talking than doing her job.
