This place needs to either figure out how to make an app that actually works for mobile ordering, or just ditch the app altogether. After numerous times of showing up to have the employees tell me that I need to "show them an order number" that disappears when you click on the "I'm already here" option, I've given up and will go elsewhere from now on. Smh.
Despite being very busy, you need to acknowledged the customers in the lobby. All employees back to customers. Not a "hello", not "we will be with you in a moment " 4 months later absolutely no customer acknowledgement in lobby. Not a hello, not thank for coming. A year later complete ignored, takes customer out of order, people there first not help. Terrible customer service. 8 months revisited, no change. No sense of urgency or customer acknowledgement
Nice employees great experience
Grandson loves play area and staff are great.
