Riverstone McDonalds in Coeur d'Alene has the friendliest employees. There menu items are more expensive than other local McDonalds though.
I waited for 30 min in the drive thru after using their mobile app to order before arriving. When I finally got my food it was cold and awful.

Ordered 2 quarter pounder burgers with cheese, 20 piece nuggets, 2 fries. Those were all fine. After we ate that, we then went back in to order dessert (1 large vanilla shake, 1 medium vanilla shake, 1 decaf coffee, and 1 sundae with caramel and hot fudge). TWENTY MINUTES!!! What on earth?!
