The only person who spoke English was the person talking orders over the intercom. I waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes to place my order. Then it took another 20 minutes before I could pay for and get my food! It’s called “fast food” for a reason people!!
Cashier could not take credit card. Had to use kiosk because employees would not take orders. Went to kiosk add tried place order. Kiosk would not take credit card. After several minutes got an employee to help me and they printed ticket that said take to cashier. Went to cashiers and was told cash only. After three differnt employees walked away from helping me I tried another kiosk. That one took card but would not print receipt. When I finely got order was missing drink. Nice to drink Motcha Ice Coffee!
I shouldn’t have to wait 10 plus minutes in the drive thru for three items. The girl at the window is always very friendly but I don’t go to McDonald’s expecting to become late to work especially after ordering in the app
The drive through operates like a clock. Great service, everyone has a positive attitude.
