The food was good and typical for McDonald’s, no complaints there. The service, however, was pretty mixed. The girl at the front counter seemed annoyed by everything—I asked for a napkin to wipe down a dirty table (they were all dirty) and she rolled her eyes and said, “ugh, I’ll do it.” Later my burger was wrong, and when I went up to ask about fixing it, three employees made eye contact and then turned away, including one who literally turned her head when she saw me. It is always a pleasing experience to visit this McDonald's. The staff is so welcoming and food quality is always as per expectations. Highly appreciate

I often visit this location to pick up food for my kids (who enjoy McDonald’s), but the experience is usually not very smooth. They are almost always short-staffed, which makes service slower and less convenient. As a vegan, I can’t comment on the food myself; though I do wonder why McDonald’s still doesn’t offer a proper vegan burger option when many other fast food chains already do. This is the closest branch to our home, so we end up coming here fairly often, but I wish the service was quicker and the menu more inclusive... read more
