I had a really disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. The restaurant was extremely messy - trash was overflowing and left all over the tables and floor. 😳It didn’t look like anyone was making an effort to clean up. The staff were very slow and seemed disorganized, with long wait times even though it wasn’t that busy. To make things worse, when I finally got my order, not everything was in the bag. Definitely not the level of service or cleanliness you’d expect, even from a fast food place🙈

Must be under new management, the Staff have really picked up the customer service! Good to see we still count for something!!

Hands down one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had. The service here is painfully slow — it felt like I was waiting forever just for a basic order. People who came in after me were still stuck waiting too, so clearly this isn’t a one-off situation. The staff moved at such a slow pace that it honestly seemed like they didn’t care at all about the customers. When my food finally came, it was a complete disappointment.
