Vagrants hanging at doorways. No frozen drinks because equipment wasn't working. Employee's had great Customer Service Skills which is rare ☺️.

This McDonald’s location falsely advertised double points in the mornings, but when I asked for help, the staff were dismissive and outright refused to assist or provide franchise contact information. When I called McDonald’s corporate line, I was shocked by how the call center is run—mostly by representatives from overseas (Philippines, India) who don’t seem to understand American laws or basic customer service. August 3 at 8:40 I went through drive-through, and the little girl told me that they were only taking online orders. So I parked in the parking lot and called the store to find out why they were only taking online orders Apparently, the little girl decided that she was only taken online orders because management told me that that was not the case and my Sandwich look like a complete mess. I’m done with McDonald’s. They are not worth my money.
