This Mcdonalds made me a Wendy's customer.
You can tell they are short staffed, but they are very patient as people are yelling at them. Very sweet people as well!
Customer service so garbage I had to get the corporate number and tell them too. I pulled up to the main lane, sat there for a few minutes with no greeting. I started asking if anyone was there and still no response. I pull around assuming the drive thru is messed up. First window no one, go to second window. A manager(Debbie) is there and I explain no one answered to take my order. She told me that the employee was in the bathroom and couldn’t take my order.
