Handed us the wrong bag in drive through, forcing us to wait another fifteen minutes only for them to hand us a bag with stuff missing. This isn't hard
This is not a criticism of the staff. They are professional. However, any ice cream related product to include milk shakes is consistently problematic. On my most recent visit, after two failed attempts at making a chocolate shake, I asked for a refund. They asked me to park and wait, I ate the cost (yum) and left. The ice cream machine is often completely down or malfunctioning and has been the case on multiple visits. Save yourself the time and go to Dairy Queen or elsewhere.
Fries were cold, out of ice coffee. Made the McDonald's experience unsatisfactory.
