A simple mobile order took 23 minutes to receive my latte at the drive thru. Then I didn’t even get a full cup after having to switch lattes because they don’t have pumpkin which was not a big deal but 23 minutes! Then to be told “I’ve been made it and sat it down here for someone to give to you”. I literally had to stop a worker in the parking lot because no one was answering the phone and no one came to check at the window. 😤
Terrible customer service. Immature children running the windows. Young manager taking no accountability and offering any resolution. Like it’s McDonald’s- I didn’t expect much but dang. 😂
