Great little spot to stop and grab a quick bite in Pella IA
Must have been a bad day. Took 33 minutes to get my food, ordered through the app. Not a sorry, piss off, or any acknowledgement. This is not typical as I eat here at lunch every week
It was clean neat and very busy we used one of the kiosks to order got our orders in about 5 minutes ! Close to 35 people ordering at the counter got their food in a short time !
The prices on the menu aren’t what you’re charged. I just checked online - for this store and it’s also not what I was charged. $2.24 for a large tea is ridiculous, especially when your menu - in person- at the counter and online says $1.49. Never be back, in Pella or anywhere else. You scam someone $.75 on every order (or 50%), you can make a lot of extra money! Plus the place was a pigsty. I’ve actually been in cleaner pigsty’s. AND there was a RVP standing there, apparently doesn’t care if you have customers
