bad customer service. attitude. make it seem like they dont wanna work at all. not helping customers.

Wish I could give a 0 but I placed a mobile order and I went in to get it and they didn’t even compromise with me after I showed them proof including my bank account and they just left me and blames it on me. Never going there again as well as calling corporate that is ridiculous like seriously.
The store looked nice and the staff was friendly.
Took what felt like 7-10 minutes to order a black coffee on a Saturday morning. The individual behind the counter had little to know customer service skills.
