Recieved direct word from a manager "Michael" telling me that I cannot find my McDonald's order, nor they do not fill up their kiosks with printer paper. Therefore, I was unable to be informed what my order number is and could not pay. Extremely unprofessional and quite embarrassing for a McDonald's. Ended up having to take the next bus home. I understand laziness is much better than work but filling up receipt paper takes seconds and is in your job description. Want a new job? Leave!
They are super busy, and got us in and out with our online order. They did mess up on one sandwich, but it was peak rush-hour, and everything else was correct
