The customer service here was horrendous! There are no ketchup or napkin dispensers. When we asked for ketchup the staff was chit-chatting and not doing anything we had to ask five times for ketchup. It was ridiculous. At the time the drive-thru was not busy. The only employee who was doing anything and everything it seemed was a young man named Kenny Martinez. He was very kind, considerate, and very helpful. He gets five stars, and is the only five-star thing about this whole place. And no we're not related.

Would be Best McDonald's in Oakley except for their service.
I always have missing items at this location. Got a 10 piece nugget meal and only received eight nuggets
