I would like to file a formal complaint regarding my frequent orders at this McDonald's location. I am a regular customer and, for health reasons, I always request my hamburgers without mayonnaise and cheese, as I have a lactose allergy/intolerance. Ordered food on door dash spent 50 food was old not cooked all the way and I couldn’t get my money back called mc Donald’s and they was rude but don’t worry I took my pictures and recorded the call.
