Took a chance on McDonalds for an ice cream treat. Got the shamrock McFlurry and the girl gave me two pumps of the green syrup on top of the ice cream and didn’t bother stirring it. Cannot tell you how annoying this is. So much for a cheat treat. She also screwed up my son’s drink, we tried to get her attention after she handed us the drink and she wouldn’t even look our way. Literally not even busy at 8:30pm. I get it if it’s been a long day, but have some pride in your work ethic.
Not only is the service slow every single time I just recently discovered there is no baby changing table anywhere in the store. As a mom of 2 this is beyond inconvenient trying to change my daughter’s diaper.
I stopped to pick up dinner. I ordered my wife a Big Mac and small fry. Her bread was hard as a rock on the Big Mac. I ordered a double quarter with cheese no bun and no pickle combo. I opened tray and there’s two patties with ketchup no cheese or anything else the drink was flat and the food was cold. I waited 20 minutes for the food then had to use a card because i was told they didn’t take cash at that location. Seriously no cash wow!!
Corporate needs to come in and observe this specific location. Taking 25minutes to make a burger is ridiculous. Try to order ahead to save time and exact same thing. Order 20min prior then arrive at this location and wait another 10min. Doesn’t matter what time or day the service is complete trash. No one greets you. Sin dudar el peor McDonalds que eh visitado en mi estadia a los estados unidos servicio nefasto ,nada amable poco colaboradora la ayuda con el idioma , intente hablando español y me dejaron fuertemente en claro y se negaban totalmente, intentamos con ingles y hasta trauductor y no presentaba la disposicion a atender ,Me igroban metiendose a la cocina pasado frente a mi Ambiente , presenta medidas sanitarias incorrectas los servicios higienicos de caballeros y unica brindan unicamente 1 urinario y 1 water y 2 lavamanos sucios... read more
