9:46PM 07/10/2025 whoever is working the drive thru shouldn't be working the drive thru. I asked if they could make milkshakes at this time because we all know how McDonald's is notorious for not having the ice cream machine at a certain time. The person taking my order goes "well I'm not making it for you" with just a really bad attitude. If you don't wanna work, why did you even clock in. I get people have bad days but why be rude 🙃
Manager closes early like 20 minutes early, even with people waiting in line. It was 11:41 and they closed at 12, and the car ahead of us got food and then he told us he was closed. We said you close at 12, He said I close five min early.. we said it’s 19 min early… he said oh well I’m closed. We asked for manager he said he was. Will never go there again do better McDonald’s.
