I prefer this location in Wooster. Uncomfortable dining room. Dry good drive thru service and exceptional courtesy from all staff.

You pull up to the drive thru menu, and an automated voice asks you for your order,THEN a human asks for your order!!!(WTH).I only eat their breakfast or fish sandwich.their fish in my opinion is better than b.k
We have been waiting for 35 mins for food. 4 cars that ordered after us got food before us. They gave our food to a car parked two spaces away. Didn't check order numbers had to find someone to tell, now we are waiting for a remake. Gave us unsweetened tea instead of sweet tea. Cars still leaving with their food while we wait. Shut it down, its not fast food, no customer service, no organization. It's a joke.
